It is a pleasure to see SGRR PG college
steadily achieving greater heights in
its journey of pursuing excellence. The remarkable achievement of the college
is that it has successfully conducted three Cycles of NAAC Assessment & Accreditation process consecutively in the years 2010, 2016 and 2022, achieving good
CGPA in them. Besides this, it is the only college in Uttarakhand state which
has received the second phase of
CPE (College with Potential for
Excellence) UGC special status for the period 2017-2022.
All this
has been possible due to the
inspiring leadership provided by the former college Principal Prof V A
Bourai, the team of dedicated teachers , the non teaching staff and the stellar
academic performance of the students who have brought laurels to the college by securing positions in University
Merit List and by qualifying competitive
exams like GATE/ NET/SLET/ Ph D entrance
etc in large numbers.
The college is ideally situated and with its
serene surroundings, it provides the right ambience for the teaching and
learning process to continue undeterred. We endeavour to make our students achievers in all fields . It is a matter of great satisfaction that
they are getting placements offers from prestigious organisations .
